As an applied physicist with a degree in Applied Physics, I’ve always been fascinated by how innovations can solve real-world problems. My academic foundation gives me a unique lens to explore AI, blending scientific curiosity with a knack for storytelling. Physics and AI share deep connections—think of the Nobel Prize in Physics awarded in 2024 to John Hopfield and Geoffrey Hinton for their foundational work on artificial neural networks, or the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for AI-driven protein structure prediction by David Baker, Demis Hassabis, and John M. Jumper. These milestones show how AI builds on scientific principles to revolutionize industries.
My professional journey has spanned data and AI applications in industries like insurance and banking. I’ve worked on projects ranging from automating customer feedback tools to developing AI-driven data governance strategies. I’ve also advised companies on text analytics, document classification, and AI roadmaps, helping them unlock the value of data.
